Return Policy

At ƎLÉGAL Studio, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Every piece leaves our studio in perfect condition, having been meticulously inspected for quality assurance before shipment.

We want you to love your ƎLÉGAL purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine, original condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as "Final Sale."

• Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at elegalwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with specific return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Note: Shipping costs are only covered by ƎLÉGAL if the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or color, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order.
